We love demonstrating Pupil*Asset to schools before the buy it, and one of the main reasons is seeing the look on the face of the person who is responsible for working out their Value Added and has just spend days working it out or is anticipating a rough ride and red hot calculator as Ofsted are on their way!

By using our FilterBlockTM Pupil*Asset will show you the attainment results for ANY cohort of pupils within your school – ONE CLICK on our progress button (top right, it’s a star) will instantly turn levels into points and calculate the Value Added for all of the individuals in the cohort and with totals at the bottom. If you fancy being extra smug you can even change the date range of these calculations to compare different stages of schooling – or to justify baseline assessments.

PointScores are done for you, achievements are entered as levels but by looking at Progress instead of Attainment (click the star icon) you can move seamlessly between points and levels with no effort on your part.

Progress through sub-levels can be viewed by clicking the ‘Reports’ tab and then clicking on the ‘Progress’ tab and selecting the Progress Matrix. As is standard for our reports it is dynamic and the cohort, time range and levels and sub levels can be selected and the matrix will show you the percentage of that cohort set to achieve or who has achieved levels and sub-levels – and a single click will show you the pupil names so that you can work with them accordingly. This report alone shows that you are in control of your school data.
