We’ve recently updated our Pupil Asset dashboard. Giving our customers access to over 30 widgets, which can be configured to empower each individual member of staff with the information they need, from the moment they log in. All this week we’ll be using our blog to look at our new dashboard and discuss some of our favourite benefits.
First up, we’re going to look at how our dashboard lets you take control of your school day. We designed our dashboard so that it enables you to make informed decisions. Giving you quick access to information about your school day, so that a quick glance should result in less improvising to deal with the unexpected.
How do we do this?
When you log in, your timetable is pinned to the left hand side of your screen. Clicking on a lesson opens the group list and register, giving you quick access to the Pupil Profile of everyone in that group. You also have quick links to the groups behaviour, to log a new behaviour incident, to see the results of that group (in the subject that you’re teaching) and to view the groups statistics. This gives quick access to the group page to see progress and results, attendance and behaviour, and the ability to message home that group quickly and easily.
If you’re covering for another member of staff you can easily switch your timetable and find out what you need to know. Likewise, office staff can use the school calendar to keep track of school trips and events.
Pupil Asset’s new dashboard gives you the ability to make quick, informed decisions based on the groups in your timetable so that you don’t get caught out by the pace of the school day.
